As a Customer Service Representative you'll be the frontline ambassador for our company, assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders and quotes by accurately entering catalog numbers, descriptions, pricing, and terms and conditions into the system.
  • Address inquiries regarding shipping/delivery dates, order changes/cancellations, and quotations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process and follow up on complex customer complaints requiring reimbursement, repair, or replacement, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Compile documentation, records, written correspondence, and files related to customer orders and complaints, maintaining follow-up reports on open quotations and hold for release orders.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent of 2+ years of previous customer service experience.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute
  • Experience in end-to-end account management is a plus.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and applicable programs
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
